    Highly recommend blue light glasses for everyone. For about a month, I was feeling lightheaded and dizzy, and I couldn't figure out why. After some thought, I realized all of this coincided with the fact that I got a second monitor for my laptop and the screen was super bright. After a few weeks wearing them I finally feel like me again

    Thanks for the great review. I'm interested in the BL glasses to improve my sleep, and you said it helped you fall asleep faster. Does it help you regularly to fall asleep faster? Or was it just a one-time coincidence? They recommend the red glasses(as they block a bigger portion of BL light) - but I find them a bit unpractical, as I want to work/read/watch videos before falling asleep - and seeing red will just make me unproductive. Thanks a lot, and by the way your face is very beautiful - the hair color suits you perfectly :)

      @ElainePower  4 года назад +2

      Yeah, I find that when I wear them, I wind down a lot quicker than when I don't. I also must point out that I'm a very good sleeper anyway, so it's not something I struggle with hugely, and I also try not to be on screens close to bed. But that's not always achievable every night, so when I do need to be on screens late, I try to remember to wear my glasses. Thanks for the compliment also! :)

    I think they suit your hair and your face ! Hope you find them comfortable and feel good with them :) I've been with glasses all my life, would I need to put a prescription there?? I'm just curious because everyone has different eye vision
    Also the way they let you try the glasses with the laptop cam is great ! Helps a lot

      Hey Julia! If you normally wear glasses while using your computer then I would say yes to a prescription. I use computers a LOT between work and editing, so that was the main driving factor behind trying these out 😊 glad you enjoyed the review and thanks (as always!!) for the support xxx

    I just commented to you on your video from back in May of 2018. In that video you were wearing glasses for the first time in videos. I have no idea if you had only recently been prescribed glasses or if you had them for a while but just had never wore them before in a video. It's possible that you normally wear contacts but was giving your eyes a break from your contacts that day? But whatever you looked very nice wearing glasses.
    Anyway you got these blue light blocking glasses back in April and i'm curious to know your opinion of them. Also why you didn't order them in the same prescription as your prescription glasses are instead of non-prescription? These glasses look really nice on you and they seem to be a very good fit as well. Based on what you're describing it sounds like there might be a very slight reading prescription in your glasses if they are magnifying print. As a retired optician being that weak shouldn't cause in problems to your eyesight. In fact it may be of help to have a slight plus prescription in them. If you're really curious you can take them to any optical store and have them check to see if they have a prescription or not and at the same time have them check to see how much blue light they are actually blocking. there isn't any charge for doing either thing and it will only take a few seconds to find out.

    These glasses really work but there are many glasses on the market that just don't work. See the test of our glasses in combination with others that were also supposed to block blue light. Choose the ones that work.

    Hi Elaine!! Almost a year gone by … how's it going with the glasses? I have just received two pairs myself, one from Amazon and one from Aliexpress. The former has orange lenses the latter has yellow. A few reports I had been reading a while back said the tinted ones offer better protection?? They are both clip-on since I have to wear prescription glasses to read print on screen, which I do 10+ hours a day, mostly research. Only had them a few days so nothing much to report just yet. Orange ones are a bit dark but brilliant for watching TV, RUclips, docos, webinars and movies etc. Eyes are defo less itchy, feel less dry and less fatigue. Sleep is something I have never had any probs with - lucky me ay! I already suffer macular degeneration hence the decision to invest in a pair. Caio for now ;-) (always sign off my posts with a wink ... it's kinda my endorsement thing.)

      I don’t wear them as much as I should but I still really like them. I don’t wear them in work really, but I do if I’m editing at home in the evenings. The company I got mine from do a much darker tinted pair too.. which I think are designed to be worn later in the evening.
