“Don’t Move” is frankly a better movie than “Woman Of The Hour.” The former had a tight, rapidly moving story, while the latter had a time frame that bounced around, which undermined its ability to build suspense & tension. The former had action, while the latter resolved itself with very little action. It should be noted though that Kendrick has donated her entire salary to RAINN & similar women’s causes, so that’s quite admirable. Also of note is the young woman who played a runaway teenager who outwitted the serial killer. Her performance was quite good, & I’m absolutely sure we will be seeing her again in future projects.

It was such a dark and clever deconstruction of beauty standard film tropes, and the performances were some of the strongest I've seen this year. A shame it was only in theaters super briefly and hardly anyone got to see it. Really hope more people discover it on digital and streaming.

My wife is NOT into comic book films. At all. She loved Venom 3, and wants to see it again. Her favorite parts? The ones with the road trip family.
As someone who is really clued in on the movie industry, I somehow had no idea that Venom 3 came out the weekend that it did. I wonder if that was a factor for a lot of people too.

Agreed. I have no idea what Grace is talking about beause I loved that movie. It was such a dark and clever deconstruction of beauty standard film tropes, and the performances were some of the strongest I've seen this year. A shame it was only in theaters super briefly and hardly anyone got to see it. Really hope more people discover it on digital and streaming.
Grace I work at Cinemark and this weekend they did early screenings for “Best Christmas Pageant” and it sold out shows all weekend!!! It was insane! I’m curious how it will do when it releases.

Grace, i really have to thank you because i saw Conclave after seeing you raving about the movie. I loved it, such a provocative, smart, subtle "church-mystery". It has an amazing Agatha Christie vibe to it.
Tom Hardy in a tuxedo reminded me that there were some Bond rumours.

I've seen A Different Man and it's incredible! Sebastian Stan has huge range, it's a classic if you ask me! Give it a shot !

Hey Grace, I’ve been watching for a while now and I’ve got to say I respect your opinions so much. It’s my birthday today and I’m hopefully gonna get some movie theatre vouchers so I can see all the holiday movies. I’m super excited for Wicked and also think Kraven could be good
