They got Seto wrong. At this point, Seto should not be wearing his frog-like jumpsuit and instead the plain white one, since he has not met Marry yet. However, in this, he is already wearing it. Also, Seto has black hair, not brown.

Actually Kenjirou is the saddest character in the whole anime... his wife dies, he gets controlled by the snake unwillingly, his daughter dies (most likely since Shintaro received her powers and left the daze), his students get used and "killed" - man his life must be really horrible. He's all alone now, now that the Dan is living separately and he lost his wife, his daughter, and his students, and is being manipulated unknowingly.

I was expecting something that'll give me soo much feels. But the contrary was, I burst out laughing. The animation looks like it was made from MMD. I'm not saying the animation is ugly it's just that I wasn't expecting this type of animation. Is this a budget cut or something? But, anyway, the song is still sad and it still gave me feels.
Look I'm crying now because of the song but oh my god I think SHAFT exploded when they made that
I sat through the whole show because I HAD to see the theory of happiness part...
Yeah, the (sometimes creepy) animation really through me off a little. But it gets better halfway in. I still wish they had kept the original animation style in, as this new one distracted me so much the song didn't have nearly a much impact.
May I point out the possibility that this was done on purpose just to troll the fans? Perhaps even as a bit of comic relief, considering that they chained two of the most emotionally evocative songs as episodes one after another.
