Wendy's is hot and heavy, but too bland. That is just my Opinion. A&W, conversely, is too light, but bursting with flavour. Mcdonald's isn't food, it's a regulated street drug.

The problem with McDonald's and fast food as a whole is that you will never have the same experience that you had a decade ago again. COVID ruined a generation of laborers. The folks that did good at those jobs before have moved up or out of the of the workforce entirely and the generation moving in suffer from the worst entitlement seen yet. You simply cannot find someone who will follow policies and procedures and have a good attitude and customer service for these roles anymore. Inflation has made the value proposition worse as well. If these companies are going to be able to save face they need to get rid of the low end employees all together because that's 50 plus percent of why the fast food experience is poor. If you increase automation and reduce human interaction quality accuracy and throughput can all increase. By paying a programmer and higher quality staff that don't have to interact with customers this is possible, coming from someone who has programmed robots.

Makes sense why companies like chick fil a , in n out, and raising canes have blown up so much. their primary focus is having good customer service

I mean if they got rid of the low end employees a lot of the Mexicans and immigrants would be gone and that’s like the majority of the kitchen plus it’s the management and entitled shitty customers that come in thinking they can treat workers poorly or think everyone owes them something even if they get shitty service, we just need to stop complaining about fast food because it’s literally fast food, it’s not a 5 star restaurant and the workers arent robots they’re humans, and I wouldn’t eat at a place run by robots I kinda like human interaction, automatons are pretty dystopian especially if it ends up replacing people that actually need jobs

this sentiment is extremely old, litteraly. people have been saying that people just dont want to work anymore since like the 1800s. its simply not true and a way for boomers to put down the next generation. same goes for the "men are not men any more" idea. look it up.
