The green onions are large and clean the eggs are also pretty big they don't use egg liquid, the staffs are hard working nobody is looking at the cell phone the work ethic is impressive. You can tell the preparation is very important because they don't want to delay the service if they cannot turn over the tables they won't be to make money as the price is not too expensive and usually the restaurant is small

井手チャンポン本店。ここの食べ物は何でも美味いですよ😋💕GW中などは警備員が立って誘導する位、繁盛してます。国道沿いに店が有ってこの店の駐車場にお客さんの車が入りきれず国道が渋滞する位です。又、佐賀市内に暖簾分けした井手チャンポン店も有りますがそこも美味しいです😋💕

井手チャンポン本店は昔は同じ敷地内の隅っこにあったんだよね。今の本店は元々井手うどんというお店で絶品のうどんでした。うどん店の大将が亡くなったという話を人伝に聞きました。
