I have a focus cmax 1.6 diesel and i thought to change the cluster with a new style cluster to it have bigre lcd screen ( mine have the small one with 2 line ) and i need to buck up the configuration from cluster and transfer them to new one. Hello, in this specific video i was using Launch X431 Pro 3S+ ( Pro5 ), You need to re-learn keys to new cluster and learn cluster with ECM in order to can start car with new cluster.

Yes i know that i must pai the keys and ecu with new cluster, i just need to know if with the launch x431 i can get the config from old cluster so i upload them to the new one. So do you know if the launch x431 it can do that ? Also I try to use the last version of elmconfig with my obd link ex cable and i get a message that : "incorrect response from adapter to request "st i" Stn 2230 v5.8.1 " and i try everything but it's unable to connect the software with ECU !!?
