    Albert Adria, his brother and creative director for the restaurant came up with those thousands of recipes he mentions. Documentary is on Netflix. He sucks that he never mentions his brother.

      Yeah sure, 2 millions request a year for his restaurant. 5 times best person in the planet to cook. 75 cooks for 55 guests. Best restaurant in the world for I don't know how many years. Invented countless new tenchniques....stick to your gulash! Ahahah

      he's a thinker, which is why the cooking doesn't interest him. though they all miss the point. it's the conversation that counts, that is the endgame of a great dinner. " happiness is only real when it's shared. it's the sacrament and the connection, the food just guides you.
