  • Ferran Adrià, chef-owner of El Bulli, the now-closed, five-time No.1 in The World's 50 Best Restaurants, spoke at the #50BestTalks: Food Forward event in Barcelona about his restaurant's legacy, the changing times of the industry and the importance of transferring knowledge to future generations of chefs and restaurateurs.
    The #50BestTalks event, which also featured Joan Roca, Rene Redzepi, Daniel Humm, Will Guidara and Massimo Bottura, was part of The World's 50 Best Restaurants 15th Anniversary celebrations in June 2017, presented by Miele.

    I guess he forgot to mention "On Food and Cooking: The Science and Lore of the Kitchen", but I would love to read the books he is preparing in a more vast, encompassing way!
