Hi, Ed! I came to see your video after Dan Koe published about it. Your message is inspiring and full of truth. I’ve been pushing myself for running 10 km a day and mixing it with the gym and Muay Thai. I’d really like to build resilience, because I’ve always wanted to create content in multiple languages ( I’m learning Russian as my third) on the internet but have never done that because I was too afraid to go for it and scared about what people would think about me. I’d start and stop. No resilience at all. Today I’m feeling anxious, and can’t sleep, because of the uncertainty that’s been haunting me since I got into this new routine. At this point in my life, 25 years old, I started to put my life together and have nothing but the lessons I’ve learned. But I’ll keep pushing myself every single day, because the work I’ve put in planted a seed of happiness and willingness in my heart. And I’ll nurture it every single day. Thank you for your message. I wish you love and success. 🇧🇷 💪
Seen you on Dan the creators post you made. I glad i found you and seen you were a boxer thats what my channel is mainly about. I would greatly appreciate the support for my channel and to have conversations about boxing and going pro. Can't wait to hear back from you. Im going to subscribe now brother.
@EdLatimore1 I'm in South Florida. How do start amateur boxing sign up and set up, what's it cost. I have my gear and have been boxing and doing martial arts since I was 15 I'm 38 and I keep my body young no broken bones and fitter with more muscle and power than when I was in my twenties. I already know how to fight so it's not like I'm starting from scratch I just never signed up. I was thinking of doing the 10 min amateur fights and then moving pro.
@@ExtermeLifeBoxing You just find a gym that trains fighters and sign up. I wrote an article about this that should help. edlatimore.com/how-to-get-into-boxing/
Life does get easier.
But, it gets easier.
Because, you get stronger.
Absolutely!
