Document Required to obtain PKK. 1) Indian License Translated to Polish. 2) Letter from Indian Embassy in English 3) Letter from India Embassy translated to Polish 4) Passport Xeror front and back 5) Karta Pobytu Xeror front and back 6) Indian DL Xeror front anb back 7) Zameldowanie ( they just want to see it and will return this) 8) Original DL, Passport and Karta Pobytu. 9) If you are wearing turban or any head gear get a letter from India Embassy that you are allowed to wear and also translate to Polish. I got my PKK number. I passed the theory test for A and B cat. Now waiting for the next step.
In first step you selected application "Exchange Licence" and next after complete payment you show application "Replacing a driving licence issued abroad without checking your qualification". If you think you did something wrong in this video then please delete video 🙏🏼
Hello.... "Exchange License" is same "Replacing a driving license issued abroad without checking your qualification".... i hope you know the meaning of Exchange or replace..... U have to submit your license to get new one without any practical exam.

But everything in polish hard to get how to further proceed. Now I like to follow your other process. But I got stuck. I think we can talk if you don't mind. Right now I am in Germany. Hallo Prakash, I have PESEL number from Poland but my ID card is from Germany. Could I able to exchange my Indian DL in Poland?
Doesn’t matter if u id card from Germany…. U live here right and u have valid visa of Poland? Then u will get
