The present generation of Pakistan doesn't know why Bangladesh has become separated from Pakistan, so I think they should know the exact history of separation.

I am Bangladeshi. But you all should know the truth. When india, pakistan were separated, pakistan planned to take bengal muslim people on east side of india. Pak wanted to control india from both east and west side and in war they could attack from both sides. India never wanted us with pakistan. But Pakistani politicians did wrong. West pakistan always discriminated us. Forced us to take their language, Gunfired on the protesting people. Sheikh mujibur rahman had won the Election legally and should be the PM of pakistan. What does that Pakistani girl mean by "They (bangladeshi people) should really dread their past or regret their past? I am not sure about the word she said but theres absolutely nothing to dread or regret about the past we had with Pakistan. And No, we are not the same people. The only similarity we have with Pakistan is the religion. The then Pakistani administrators, rulers did not accept us for what we are.
Also, we Bangladeshis love eating beef, mutton, chicken as much as we love our fish. One of the most popular dishes here is kacchi biriyani which is cooked with big mutton steaks.
No hard feelings but they dont even know anything about Bangladesh and they are saying we are the same people after all the atrocity, the torture, mass murders, rapes their ancestors did here.
We have moved way forward than many developing countries in Asia and the world in economic aspects. Pakistan is one of them. They need to be aware of that before saying "oh they are struggling. they need to move forward, forget the past."

It's a shame, they have no idea about the history! I wonder, whether they even learn history or not, or maybe they (their government) have changed the history!! Don't you know of your ancestor's crime or oppression in the past? What they did in 1952,1970, 1971 and so on? Know the past,know the history, accept your fault and at least have some shame or regret of your people's doings in the past.
