We went to an orthopedic doctor, and now going to the 3rd neurosurgeon because my husband is getting worse and has a numb foot for over a year after an epidural.

I'm getting down to about 3,000 on short term SDI. My doctor put me on Hospice already making it more comfortable passing at my home.

In some cases short term disability isn’t established and long term doesn’t even happen as well . Insurance companies tend to not approve either . That’s when one needs to hire a lawyer! Even then a WC lawyer cant force an insurance company to get put on WC benefits. I think WC cases are almost always start using EDD and if that gets exhausted then one still gets denied WC benefits and all payments or income stops . Why is the system have that much power to deny when medical evidence shows positive injuries. That stack of medical records shows liability. Now it falls on the lap of a lawyer to do his or her job . And do it well .the system is flawed and needs a revision and change !

We do this and they still are cutting our claim out.

Doctors don’t want to get on board, they tell you one thing, and they put in the notes, something different.

Amber: This is an unfortunate, but not uncommon, situation. Do you have a short-term or long-term disability claim? Has it been denied or is it still being investigated? You do have some options. I suggest you contact our office and speak with one of the attorneys to discuss in more detail your circumstances and your options.
