    NMN works. You feel it. Its not the same as exercise. You're markedly more youthfuly nimble on it.

      It worked for me for a few months.. Extremely noticeable. After that it was diminishing returns. Now I take it occasionally and I feel it just a little bit.

      @@earx23Thats really interesting! I don't recall seeing mention of a tolerance building up over time. Would love to see what others have experienced as far as that is concerned.

      well simple , cheap Niacin works better and it is much better value for money

      @@ferdomrkvicka1247 actually no, niacin doesn't. Comparatively research showed it releases much less NAD. Im glad you comment on this as my friend turned me on NMN and he said, you'll feel it AND you'll feel the difference without it. He was right! Intake it with TMG.

    People see changes in lab work.Research on PubMed goes back several years. FDA allowing one company of many who studied it, get much richer. Making it unavailable to old people is criminal. No side effects. They did it with NAC too.

      I remember with NAC! Here's every human NMN study I could find :ruclips.net/video/PblrIw0wl9A/видео.html

    The dates are sketchy. The FDA is sketchy. NMN will be subscription, available at high cost, years go by, eventually becomes a generic, then available to everyone again. Pharmaceutical company makes billions. FDA personnel gets high paying positions after the fact. And they win again. This helps old people who can’t work out due to injury and illness. It improves those things so they can exercise again.

    ‘If the benefits of exercise could be taken in pill form, it would be the greatest selling pharmaceutical product of all time’. Can’t remember who said this (or words to that effect), but what a true statement. We are all too busy trying to find products that have a tiny (if at all) beneficial affect on lifespan, whilst, simultaneously ignoring the 2 biggest factors: diet and exercise.

      Theyve been working on an exercise-pill for decades. Heres my review on the latest version and what they found ruclips.net/video/djneXcd8xS4/видео.html

    I would never put NMN and DHEA on the same Basket 😄they have both very different roots..reason to take and the price

      @JoeCannon1  2 месяца назад

      I mentioned DHEA because I remember how much it was hyped in the 90s. Some selling it actually called it the fountain of youth.

      @@JoeCannon1 yes....i know the earlier years of DHEA but for People's over 50 years it's really a Gamechanger if they have the other Hormons in right Balance... Pregnenolon is another good thing...i use both since years but of course Lifestyle & Nutrition and Sport... On Point....like Ben Greenfield and that's since many years
