Nice work! But what about the install of the pickups? I'm stuck with four nails and some foam. How do I install the pickups. Thanks.

Sandwich the foam between the pickup and the back of the cavity, then screw the pickup directly into the wood.

For the price the hardware is fine. On par with what you'd get in any other entry level guitar.
