Hi! Where did you get the CT62? I'm from Singapore too
The text says 30g bloom but you pour 45g in the video. I suppose the text is incorrect?
Yea 45g! Typo on my end
@@Kirinboi alright. So basically your recipe is double bloom with more or less equal weight and one big pour with half of it center pour, right?
