According to his former friend (who still holds out hope that Salah will snap out of his sissy role), Salah is there legally as a resident. I thought myself that the reason Salah was a legal resident, not a citizen, was bc his father was granted residency as a Professional, that would be an asset to Kuwait and bc Salah was born in Kuwait, he also gained residency. It was explained by someone of Middle Eastern background that there's a Plethora of unemployed second and third generation "Squatters", contributing nothing, unemployed and have become a burden to the system. But then someone else told me no. But I think still, I'm correct. However, I learned that though Salah is a resident, he will NEVER be granted Citizenship and can be snatched up at any time by the Syrian Military and if he ever visits Syria, he ain't getting out again to be hanging around doing nothing in Kuwait.
EITHER WAY, WE KNOW CHANTAL IS NOT SALAH'S "DREAM GIRL" THAT HE FOUND ALL THE WAY IN CANADA. HER INCOME IS ALLOWING HIM TO LIVE A DECENT LIFESTYLE WHICH HE CERTAINLY DIDN'T HAVE B4 HER. HE ABSOLUTELY ONLY WANTS TO KEEP HER AROUND TO SUPPORT HIM AND THEY WILL NEVER BE LEGALLY MARRIED. SHE'S A FOOL.
Chantel should hush, the internet knows where they live, the last thing she should be doing is acting smug and above ANYTHING while so many people are willing to report them Kuwait isnt youtube Chantel!!!

According to Alaa, Salah is a legal resident in Kuwait. He must meet certain criteria that are listed by the Kuwaiti Government. Chantal is on a tourist visa. There will come a time she will be denied.
Stateless or not stateless. Salah is not a Kuwait citizen so I agree who knows owns what’s coming up for him.

The west I'm pretty sure (don't quote me on this) incentives or pays kuwait to take in refugees from that area. I think he'll be fine and as long as she keeps border hopping and kuwait approves her entry..same old thing.

It’s becoming clearer and clearer that she won’t make it through 2025. She’s rapidly approaching the point of no return and she just doesn’t care. I know she’s a terrible, evil human being, but it’s still kind of awful to see someone do this to themself.

@@snek7638 Hiya, I’m not a medical professional, so I wouldn’t know! I just have people in my life that have both type 1 and 2 diabetes, so that’s why I know that 21.6 is insanely high. What I do know is that if she doesn’t clean up her act today, she’s at risk of losing some or one of her limbs. I’ve unfortunately also seen that happen and the aftermath (with things like phantom pain) is absolutely brutal.
@@everrgreen122 wow I've only known of a distant relative with type 1 and she died in her 60s. She went legally blind I think. I believe she wouldn't stop drinking. Jw how long chantal has.
@@snek7638 Yeah things can go really, really bad if you have diabetes and you neglect your health. I also wonder how long Chantal has left, I’d be surprised if she makes it through next year and that’s a scary thought, but clearly not to her🤯.

Your point about governmental changes and the new emir's attitude is important, however Salah is not stateless nor is he a refugee. His father emigrated to Kuwait, most likely for work, as it was well ahead of the Syrian conflict from what I have gathered. His dad has a pretty important job in the ministry of education. Salah's sisters are very well educated and also have professional careers. They're not people who fled civil war and are in a precarious situation. That being said, changes in the govt are something Chantal should be very aware of and concerned about as a foreigner abroad. Salah and his family are likely secure in terms of their immigration status there, but Chantal isn't. She's also at the end of her rope in terms of her ability to access health care there, which is quite serious for someone in her condition.

If that is the case, then why salad even bother to fake marry a diabetic lolcow or just invest his money in shady perfume rip off business so he can "stay" in kuwait for business reason. If he has father with such great influence to the country, I am pretty sure his father should be able to accomodate mansion large enough for entire family.
And we are talking about one of richest country.. my family is not that rich but at least we are living in mansion where everyone has their own private room and bathroom.. so yeah.. something isnt right here

I've often wondered if he's working as a delivery driver, taxi, etc. I also thought it might be possible that he works at the car dealership where the Temumobile came from. But like you said, he might not have an income. In that case, I would guess he's able to stay by virtue of being there since he was a child and having a good family with govt. connections. It's a good question, for sure.

He is not stateless, people don't get what that means. Stateless people can't travel and they don't have a passport from any country and no citizenship from any country. He couldn't have traveled to Thailand. If you live as an American in Europe, you are not stateless either, you still have your US citizenship and passport. He is a Syrian citizen and therefore not stateless.
he has a Syrian passport but is living in Kuwait as a refugee, he can very well be kicked out. there are rules to his status. He has to have a job to stay in Kuwait, for example.
@@joannafreedom7111 And after being there for a decade or more, you don't think he knows all the rules and follows them, even if sometimes through loopholes? He would have been kicked out years ago. Usually refugees know the laws better than the people from that country.
Being a refugee also doesn't make you stateless.

The new Emir, who has only been in power since December of 2023, completely disbanded the elected parliament and will change anything he wants, however he wants to! I’m telling you, it’s ALL about to change in Kuwait!!!!
@@Eye_Lash I already replied to someone else, they dissolve the parliament over there a couple of times every year, that's normal for Kuwait. I posted a quote from an article from last year beginning of May (when Chantal was already over there) where they also dissolved the parliament and nothing happened, nobody even knew about it or noticed, and they did that 8 times in 3 years as of beginning of May 2023.
And this June 17 thing doesn't apply to Chantal as a tourist and not to Salah as a resident, he knows the law, his whole family is in Kuwait, at least on paper he has everything he needs or they would have kicked him out years ago. If he has a job and a work permit, at least on paper, nothing will happen.

That's terrible that they call the Bedouin stateless. They are the original indigenous people. That's like the USA going after America Indians...oh wait...they always did...
Not Bedouin. Bidoon, which means 'stateless person.' It does include the original Indigenous population but also includes anyone else who wasn't automatically given Kuwaiti nationality when Kuwait became independent-- people living in poverty, people from other countries, whoever. Children born in the country aren't automatically given citizenship, either. It's a terrible system.
He isn't stateless, but with how up in the air everything is in their current political climate, no one knows what will happen next. But Kuwait needs immigrant labor to run at all. They won't be mass deporting folk. I don't doubt some classes will be targeted, but there's no way to guess who or how harshly.

Salah isn't stateless. His father works at a university and you can bring your family. He's not a citizen but he was raised in Kuwait legally from childhood. Chantal is the one subject to deportation.

her status must be fine because if not she would not recently repeatedly said she is not going to live in canada so if her status was threatened and was going to have to leave where else would she go ? unless her and salah were to go to another Middle Eastern country if they could stay but that's iffy maybe but I don't think she would keep saying she is not going back to Canada if she was going to be having issues , and salah is not stateless he is a resident from what she said long ago but we will see

his residency has rules and he is not following them, legally. he has his name on a perfume company ( he doesn't work at) as an employee so they don't kick him out.
@@joannafreedom7111 Exactly, you can't just be an illegal immigrant or refugee in Kuwait like in a lot of countries in the West. They don't play, they deport right away if there is just one little thing in the paperwork missing.

I hadnt heard the clip about immigration on one of her flights, but now that I have it’s got me thinking lmao. We know she’s shady, lies, will look for loopholes if not outright just disregard laws and things, and most importantly if she brings something up like this (same with amber) and it’s something that did occur even if it wasn’t direct to involve them they make it about them and it usually gives way to something they’re hiding. Like Chantal loving to hide her visa status and border hop (because she doesn’t wanna be in Canada long enough to get caught up in trouble w/ her tax issues she’s running from but long enough to get some free healthcare she doesn’t deserve because she is not contributing whatsoever in my opinion). She tells on herself and I’m still in the beginning of the video 😂

Thanks for asking, that’s a great question. In the United States (where I filmed the carnival ride) we can film people in public without their consent if:
- there is no expectation of privacy (such as in a person’s home)
- we are not harassing or stalking someone
- we are not recording and posting defamatory content (such as portraying a person in negative way that causes harm to their reputation)
- the filming doesn’t compromise national or military security
So filming and posting people on and walking by a public carnival ride is allowed, especially that one which is part of a 23 day event that 2.5 million people attended this year. 🎡 #htown 😊

@@storytimewithunclekumaran5004 I think that formally he has some kind of job (I know very well this practice, when a person is registered as a fictitious worker, in reality does not work, but receives a salary; sometimes they do not even receive a salary, because in reality it is a maneuver to give a job and income to someone who must not work at all). It is also possible that he is fictitiously presented as a business partner. Kuwait is a country where such things are not uncommon. They both didn't even hide that they use loopholes to settle some things.
Only Salah forgets that it can result in the cancellation of residency and deportation if he is found to be in violation of residency conditions.
By the way, if he is stateless, he cannot be deported because he has nowhere to go.
