Cam Newton who is best known as the star quarterback for the New England Patriots and the current replacement of the GOAT Tom Brady has snagged some pretty luxurious real estate in Beverly Hills and Charlotte. The former includes a lavish party house which Newtown was recently accused of damaging. Now Cam Newton has recently put his luxe 2.9 million dollar luxe condo up for sale in Charlotte but claims he hasn't moved the family to Massachusetts just yet. After signing a one year deal, the star claims that his tenure with the Patriots “Is a Business Trip”. Wow, look at Cam go, being all business. We’ll take a look at Cam Newton’s former homes in California and North Carolina, 3,335 square feet of luxury living space. It takes up half the fifth floor of a building and comes complete with his very own full-size Pepsi machine. Cam Newtown has enjoyed a very lucrative and successful career in the NFL, which has lead the star a 75 million dollar net worth. Through the 2014 season he earned $5.5 million per year (thanks to his four-year $22 million contract). In 2015 he signed a five-year contract extension worth $103.8 million. In his first nine years in the NFL he earned $121 million in base salary alone. In 2012, Newton paid $1.6 million for a 3,335 square foot condo in an exclusive Charlotte building called The Trust. He listed the 3-bedroom home for $3.2 million in May 2019, took it off the market a few months later, and then re-listed it for $2.9 million in July 2020. Newton is in pretty elite company, as NBA icon Michael Jordan also lives in the building, occupying an entire floor.

He actually had two condos in Charlotte. They were side by side. He listened one for sell almost a year before he got cut. When he did this most people thought he knew his days were numbered. Lamelo Ball bought one of his condos but I'm not sure witch one.
