(Edit 4/22/24: Wow, this video has now reached 10K views, I am honestly surprised at the fact that this video got popular pretty quickly. I didn't really think that this video would get many views when I first made it, obviously this video is not the best, I didn't even know how to turn off the blurry background when I was editing at first, and sometimes the footage is out of sync, but either way, it's nice to see that you people like this video, thank you, and meanwhile, you should also show support to the original creator!)

My theory is that Either Stanley was once a human, And died from an accident or smth, then Turned into an AI by Nintendo, or Either he is just an AI.
It's probably named after someone who in-universe was very important and gave great ideas and contributions to Nintendo
Stanley is the personalization A.I. created by some tech guys at Nintendo. In Genesis, it's referred to as the "automatic enhancer".
mu theory is that the personalization ai believes it's name is Stanley and thinks it was a human but isn't. it's trapped in the game and wants to die. Jim created Stanley, and he also deleted it.

This Scene Appears Which is Stanley Repeating the Words Number 9 Over and Over again Until he Ends the Screen the Scene Got Removed Due to it Being part Of a Plot Thread That was Abandoned From What I Heard.

Artificial intelligence/Artificial soul is forced to personalize Mario 64 experiences. It quickly hates its existence and wants to end itself since it’s apparently immortal within this simulation. This has all got to the point where it became bitter about its existence and pretty much everyone who plays the game. It just wants to be deleted from its eternal suffering as it spams “IT HURTS”. Being immortal must be nightmarish if there’s no challenge of mortality is it?

I'm pretty sure the clip at 0:00 isn't Stanley, if you think its him cause of the voice thats wrong cause hes limited to text only
if you think its him cause of whats on screen thats also wrong, that is apparently a character called "costume"
In the timeline image, it said it was the AI screaming in terror cause it wanted its torture to end, and since Stanley is also referred to as the "AI" I thought that was meant to be him.
