Privatisation of Banking sector is appreciated because customers are facing so many issues with existing staff and the policies.
Bank staff providing very lethargic, irresponsible, adamant service and voilent behaviour with customers.
Not all staff are bad, not all customers are good. Know the truth before u claim something in public. There were issues in customer service. And there's a dramatic change in customers and needs of them accordingly staff were also trained to serve the needs. Just if once a staff says pls wait or tomorrow we will complete customer blames it will never happen in this bank. If you are in place of staff u would behave more worse. Whatever they do it's linked with money, lot of focus is required for them despite heavy rush.
Have u ever observed how many customers and what type of customers a PSB employee handles and what type of customers private banks handles.

These organization's should monitor by Government. Unions should not involve in between staff and customers.
Any employee should be dismissed if he troubles the customer.

4) if bank as millions customers server will be down all the time , so more private banks are allowed to serve better customer service
5) No more strikes by lazy fellows and people will get bank service even on holidays
6) privatisation is good it will remove reservations people will be more active rather relying on government money which is our money.

ప్రభుత్వం ఈ అప్పులు కట్టలేక నాశనం.
కాబట్టి ప్రైవేట్ అయితే వీళ్ళ నాటకాలు పోతాయి.

Please allow foreign banks to open a lot of branches. Banks like Citibank, HSBC are not allowed to set up as many branches as they want. This needs to change. Allow those people who can afford to choose Personal Banking services of the foreign banks of their choice.
