Glenn, even when the Depression commenced in 1929, I've seen vintage pictures of the South Bronx, and I can admit freely that the districts didn't turn into a decadent sty, unlike today. I looked through them and was amazed at how the residents went about their daily lives jovially as if those struggling years didn't affect them. The neighborhoods were pristine and well-kept, and still, law and order were the norms in maintaining the splendor of the Bronx. It's disgraceful how this once palatial, working-class borough has turned grievously into a rubble hell hole.

There's so much to be said about the degradation of our cities. Although we may pass judgment on everything happening around us (it is understandable, of course, it's human nature), but this is all results of plannified (systematic) oppression of specific ethnicities and classes. How do you undo generational oppression? Where do we start? Why are there liquor stores, vap, or weed shops, fast food stores, everywhere (I saw not one educational institute or healthy food stores anywhere) in all of these neighborhoods. So if your being is constantly intoxicated with toxins food and drugs how can you make rational and healthy decisions for yourself or your family's.
