To me the greatest hip hop album of all times is Tupac's Makaveli. & Nas's Illmatic is the second greatest hip hop album of all times.
Jay's Reasonable doubt album is a great album but i would not say it is the greatest hip hop album, or put it in the top 5 or top 10 or top 15 or the top 20 greatest hip hop albums, the top 40 greatest hip hop albums yes.
