@atrios28 that was not a video for Good Vibrations per se, which was released in 1966. Al's clothes and hair and Carl's center hair part suggests the year closer to 1968 or 1969 and was probably a video for another song or part of their London documentary in 1969.
Mike Love doesn't get it. He's so jealous of Brian and resentful of all of the attention heaped on Brian's "genius". Fair enough. I get that this can get old after awhile. But I think Brian would be the first to tell you that it was a total team effort with the Beach Boys. And that he and Mike are equally talented as songwriters and singers. However, Brian is a better musician and, unlike Mike Love, Brian has had a successful solo career.
@fifbeat it kinda looks like it's from the early 70's. the girl's wardrobe doesn't look at all like what was hip in 66 or 67 even. it could be from the (i think) '72 tour of britain where they shot a documentary. they each had their own scenes in the film and this looks like the clothes they were wearing in the parts i've seen. there are a lot of scenes culled from that and inserted into the 66-67 storyline (mike meditating). dunno though. how much of a dork am i?
