I love how Candace and Cyno are having these badass fight scenes with multiple strong enemies and then there's Nilou fighting one mushroom
We also have Kokomi fighting Hydro slimes. (Still pulled for her though)

If you're wondering why Dehya's using a 1* sword here, it's because she had sold her claymore during the archon quest to help Dunyarzard fund the Sabseruz Festival.

Mondstadt is just a perfect representation on "the calm before the storm". Every region so far is conflicted because they are saving and building up thw dark moment where mondstadt gets destroyed by Albedo later on, Kaeya betraying them, and the Abyss order attacking

Don't hang on, just drop it lol. The story quest and region will always be there, there is literally no reason for you to HAVE to stay when the content isn't going to disappear (except golden apple it'll be super different next year)

It had a lots of musical bangers and incredibly beautiful scenes while the music is going up and down and partially take the flow with it just to go down to slow again and slowly building for the next part. For me it was like crazy rollercoaster ride, like a movie trailer that i'd would want to watch immediately after.
But of course im soo loking forward to see Dottore and Scaramouche in the 3.1 Archon Quest.

I love Sumeru and the other regions, but Mondstadt just feels so nostalgic and warm. I got hyped for the first part of the trailer, but the last part with Mondstadt just genuinly made me smile.

I hope theres like an interlude chapter where Scara can meet Ei again cause 1 they have not seen each other since she left him and I think its important for his overall character arc. If they are going to make him playable and hes sticking around. Id like to see some development between him and her. Some healing of his heart. He can still remain kinda badass but def needs some redeeming if we going to have him playable at some point if that happens. Id like Ei to explain why she did what she did. I figured with the nosis he'd be less angry and bitter cause hed inherit all her and her sisters memories again but apparently not.
You expect good characterization from Scaramouche when they already wasted their plot device for him in Inazuma? 🤡
Yeah, I also think that would have much sense. When Azhdaha was out he was part of Zhongli second part of story quest so we were able to hear his special dialogue before regular one. And that mean if the rumors about Scaramouche having special dialogue if Ei is with us are true then they will have some interaction so we can heard it. Though I don't know in what form it may be: fight against him will be part of Eis story quest or part of Sumeru archon quest.
@@annaszuster7594 I honestly doubt that it will be a part of Ei's story quest- we already have two parts for it, and we all know that Archon story quest II gives us a weakly boss (Zhongli- Azhdada, Ei- puppet). We don't have a weakly boss in sumeru yet, and so far they all have been obtainable through the archon quests. (Mondstadt-Dvalin, Liyue-Childe, Inazuma-Signora, it's also worth to note that all of the harbringer bosses so far had been unlockable trough the main story line.) In my opinion, we'll get Scara as a weakly boss from the main story. As for Dottore, he will;
a)Appear as a weakly boss in path 4.1(?)
b)be the second Sumeru weekly boss unlockable from Nahida's stroy quest
c) won't be a boss

Umm, I never botheted to cheek again after ending them but don't archon quest have like 4 parts? If we get Scaramouche weekly boss in yet another version not incoming one then that must mean that he should get some story.

looking at this retrospectively this is, like, one of the best genshin trailers ever. the candace and cyno reveals were done so good idk the way they were introduced in a similar manner with that desert music in the background made me so hyped. not to mention dottore and scara. i loved this patch a lot.

Mihoyo has created an entire world, and every traveler lives within it. This is incredible, not only in the game-making department, but the lore as well.
The transition is so smooth. Especially when they showcase Candace, Cyno and Nilou. The music sound so great.

I haven't seen anyone point this out, but I like the detail of the Traveler not using the Akasha Terminal anymore due to the Samsara incident. It seems the Traveler and Nahida are going to resist against Dottore's control over people through the Akasha Terminal with the Gnosis.
Yeah i notice too! And i always have a doubt: what is that green shine/manifestation that happens sometimes in some places in Sumeru?. For some time i thought that was the Akasha activation but is not the case

I got too excited and almost skipped the last part of the trailer but, awhhh Mondstadt is so calm and peaceful, its a refreshing break amongst all the action going on in sumeru. its so nostalgic to see everyone like that, and i especially loved the scene of Kaeya looking upon Dawn Winery. i love the lore between them!! also excited for Mika~

I feel like friendship and interaction of characters in Mondstadt is the most natural and not forced compared to other nations. There's also a certain warmth whenever they are together.

Saw this trailer on another channel, and Hoyoverse really delivered this trailer so well. I was afraid the desert part wasn't going to be as action-packed as the first half since we're reaching the climax, but THAT SCENE NEAR THE END!? PEAK. God, how many times I admire Genshin's trailers. It's more captivating than any movie. The moment with Scaramuccia is just fire. Sumeru's characters are all very mysterious and just amazing. It will be very difficult to choose a favorite😍
It was really refreshing to see Monstandt after all those action scene of Sumeru. Monstandt always feels like home. It will be a great adventure for all you guys who are playing this. Unfortunately for me, I don't have a good device to play this game anymore.

@@LordYoni Yeah and it also had the biggest downfall. Sumeru has been consistent so far and its living up it's title as the "Nation of Lore", it also had FAR MORE lore the when you compare 1st and 2nd act of Sumeru to the 1st and 2nd act of Inazuma.

I never thought it could actually happen, but watching all the trailers for 3.1, hearing all the music again, knowing we'll be finally going back to Mondstadt for a big event again....all of it paired up with the hype I feel for the update has made me feel like I'm playing Genshin Impact for the first time again..

I think the fact that kusanali is so young is exactly why she could be one of the strongest archons which she might not even be aware of, because a recurring theme in the game is erosion and she is the only archon who hasn't experienced any of that erosion yet

It gets worse if we found out that's actually Nahida in Katheryne's body who got attacked
I think Nahida was in control of Katheryne at the time when getting stabbed. The Harbingers are after the Archon’s Gnosis, so if they managed to use Katheryne as a bargaining chip, Nahida would come out and give them the Gnosis in order to keep her safe, even though Katheryne is a puppet she does have her own personality.
Plus it may cause Nahida’s real body to be hurt, as well, that any injuries that Katheryne sustains when Nahida is in control, she may experience them as well.

To be completely honest, the main thing I’m excited in this patch is the mondstadt festival, yes the archon quest is pretty cool and all but it’s been a long time after a real mondstadt festival, I miss windblume with my whole heart, venti’s poem during a cutscene, the mondstadt family and the wholesome and heartfelt moments are something’s I miss so much, I hope we get a wholesome cutscene just like last time

@@mysh24 Signora was not show on any of the inazuma archon quest visual art at all,while Childe was show on Liyue visual art and Scaramouche and heck even Dottore are both show in the Sumeru Archon quest so no Scaramouche is not going get the La Signora treatment
