In this video, I talk about about the best new settings for Fortnite Chapter 4 season 4. As I'm sure you all know, the FPS and overall look of the game has been really weird this season. The map is insanely purple, and due to bad FPS and frame drops everything feels delayed. Don't worry if you're experiencing these issues because everyone else is too. Luckily, I was able to gather the best brightness settings, video graphic quality options, and FPS Boost tricks and tips to help optimize your game in Chapter 4 season 4. how to improve in fortnite and get better on controller are the topics I also reviewed in this video. These will include Nvidia graphic quality setting changes you can make to your brightness, contrast, and digital vibrancy, tips on which color blind modes to choose from the available colorblind options (deteuranope, protanope, and tritanope) and other tips and tricks for more frames on both console and PC. On top of that, I talked about the secret changes Epic made to the graphic quality options in chapter 4 as well as what rendering mode is the best between performance mode (high and low meshes), DirectX 11 (DX11) and DirectX 12 (DX12). I tried to include as many tricks to boost your FPS as I could for both console (PS4 and Xbox One) and PC, mobile and switch, but I obviously could not fit everything into one video (some systems don't have them either like performance mode on PC). Definitely check out some of my other ultimate settings guides and FPS Boost tutorials in order to get more FPS and reduce input lag (make your game run smoother). Really helped at first I was like omg this youtuber ruined my setting he sucks. Until I realised that it didn’t go with my look sensitivy but when I changed it I was so much smoother I recommend this

Ares is having a l3 as switch mode and toucpad edit good or is it too close I hear people saying that if those two binds are close you can never be fast on controller

I am not sure if I should use reset on release as well because in some positions it can mess me up because I can’t reset and change the build at one time. Should I use it still or no?

i just bought an elite controller but my fortnite doesn’t have “controller platform” so i can’t bind the paddles. how do i get that setting to pop up?

I have my edit bind on the top right paddle and my build mode bind on the down right paddle
Ur settings are just like mine but i use a 1.9 build multiplier my ads horizontal is 8 and my vertical is 11 my deadzones are 6

I put my sprint as the right D-Pad, but it’s hard to switch between sprinting and sliding :/

imo no, i use a paddle for that one and my editing is the same (left joystick) but its a preference, i just couldnt get use to the editing w the paddle

I disagree with the part about quick weapon being bad, I no longer suffer from my biggest weakness in this game which is pulling out minis in a 50 50 so I think it’s just personal preference. They also added instant toggle recently which removes the delay. Once I got used to this setting it was a game changer for me personally

He says to have them on, but I suggest turning them off, unless you really need them for something they are pretty pointless.
They also get annoying and can mess you up often

I keep having to readjust mine to fix the issue or my aim is terrible.

You should of done a better job at understanding that when you change a setting that is already binded your not really giving details on which to replace the button with, your basically saying figure that out yourself but at the same time your saying all these buttons are the greatest possible binds to have as far as editing but in reality then your forced to find a better bind for the bind you just took up. And its very useful to actually have those considerations when your taking up pretty game changing important binds to replace the ones you recommended.. decent video but not that detailed as far as the importance of what binds for each play style. Meanwhile you said you didnt want to take up that much of our time but then proceeded to rant about every unnecessary setting in the book. Literally why would you take up 20 minutes talking about how the sound and all this nonsense will hep your fps but then take 30 seconds explaining each bind setting horrible lmao but 👌
