You travel so much and I was wondering if you could do an episode on what you bring with you every time. Not cookware but ingredients. Ones that are not a problem in customs/agricultural inspections. I bring spices and sometimes Tamari because I have kids with gluten problems. Thank you.

I like to cook the prawn heads with the rice. Take them out and then add the prawn meat at the last moment so I don’t overcook them

It looks like broken rice was used. That rice is real delicacy and suites for porrige better than regular.
