I think there is plenty of reasonable doubt in the culpability of Emmanuel Fair. Furthermore, the investigation did a terrible job. For instance, with so many people coming and going DNA evidence should certainly be taken with a grain of salt. The hiring of a psychic to help with the investigation speaks volumes, it appears that they wanted to close a complex case without going through the necessary lengths to do so.
This is a very interesting case, Dr. Grande. I wonder if you would be inclined to cover it in your podcast, at some point.🙂

@@veep5712 really, what book did you read that from lol? We haven't been a country that long? 😂 Make it make sense oh great Canadian historian.. Not even 200 years old , in fact 155 years old. How can we let people cross something that's not a country yet? Lol how did we do it for hundreds of years fella? Simply not possible.
Please explain . I love a good yard! You need to call Trudeau, he could use some new talking points. Wow we're really old.
My comment was more of a reflection of people don't think they need passports to either country, we had Canadian killers do it too. It's funny.
I go across the border all the time, in fact 2 relatives work there. You needed driver's license before 911, now we both need a passport.
Obviously during trading we were a tad different world. Do you trade for food?

When the state gets the facts wrong, lies or fails in a prosecution the accused becomes their victim. There should be a punishment for state 'officials' when they cheat, are bent or prosecute the wrong person.

I don’t think the two did conspire but it’s not as unlikely as you say. It wouldn’t have been a case of the two randomly plotting a murder, but rather a sexual assault developing in which they were both involved and which resulted in her unplanned homicide, which they they attempted to cover up together.
