My brain is trying to think some idea…. like I’ve never seen a person handle being on Ziwe better than Santos. Her interview style makes me sweat with second hand anxiety except here. What does this mean? Like Santos is showing some nauseating survival of the fittest in a world I don’t understand… but the smart kids these days do say “fitness>truth”. We live in a suboptimal universe. If the multiverse is real, take some comfort there’s better universes out there.
It’s because he is sociopathic. He does not feel empathy for others or shame for his own actions. So where he should sweat…he doesn’t, he incapable. That’s why the boundaries of humour get so blurred here - he doesn’t relate to her humour, he just inflates himself with it. If he was able to relate to her, he would sweat…or show humanity. It’s why he is incredibly dangerous. People find him and others like him - like Trump, charming. But all you are seeing is mimicry…it’s not based in any relational value. He literally cannot care about others…he is only mimicking interest as a stepping stone to advance your perception of him.

I just want names. Both of these folks are rude and hilarious. The interview is not relatable to most average Americans because many of us probably do not have the budget for our Christmases that either of these people used to buy their shoes.
