What kinda strength tier list puts the character who loses in 80% of his 1v1 scraps as the strongest character in the verse. . .

@@SoulofRank69 I don't want to post any spoilers because I didn't even see the character mentioned on here but the strongest at least of the hunters has been revealed for the most part. I'd have Kafka himself at the very least around rank 5 as it stands right now, but considering he is the protagonist he will probably be rank 1 eventually you're probably right. But as it stands right now he is far from it.
