Only true og's remember waiting 30 minutes in the killer lobby during the first blight event. You could only get 30 serum per side making queues on killer really bad at one point, bhvr had to step in and make it so all 60 serum could be earned on any side.
Don't forget *everyone* throwing games, getting insanely upset over losing their serums or desperately trying to farm and disconnecting if the killer wants to kill.
It was such a cool idea but I had to take my first break after the event was done.
On me on the day time was hard to play as killer after 8pm time was 5 min max 😂
I remember not caring at all about those queue times.. it was nothing like weve seen before at the time and the event had so much going for it.
In my opinion, its still the best event this games ever had.

Yeah I'm really glad Bhvr is making easier event challenges nowadays (at least up to a certain extent)
I earned the event offerings just for them to be given out for free to everyone lol
My personal cannon/headcannon theory as to the Survivor pudding and survivor chops items is… Killers like Bubba (and killer who are confirmed cannibals like Hag as well) only directly consume the Survivor Pudding while the Other killers.. who aren’t Cannibals or won’t just generally eat human Flesh… because they only just like killing… I like to believe and think they Feed these things to The Entity (also explains why “offerings” are also literally rhetorically offerings in this case) sooo like some Killers probably eat the pudding while others who don’t just probably feed it to the entity which creates emotions for the entity either way is why Killers who eat it still get the bloodpoints bonus; and for the Entity feeders.. they get the bloodpoints bonus for “offering” the entity Survivor pudding or Survivor chops to eat.

Not a fan of currencies tbh, i preferred earning cosmetics by interacting with stuff in game and escaping as a survivor, or by killing survivors as killer more.
Like in the first bne chill event.
No shop, you'd just get random cosmetics if you did well
To be honest I hope they don't start copy-pasting trinkets for every single event and making a million tome levels for two weeks
I still have me year of the pig huntress cosmetic from way back in 2019.
That Moonrise event with the lanterns... I obviously played that as I have all the cosmetics but I have no memory of the lantern mechanic itself. Odd.

You can use the new Blood moon map on custom games, it works as a Rainbow map

Had the red splinter, moonlight and a the old looking map offerings I still have a few of them they never took them and I have never used em the rest are gone.
Yeah they let players keep them in the inventory but you can't use them in any way

they gave em to us for free during the scorching bbq 2023 event i believe
@@buddyboog6661 they were meant to be in everyones inventory by default like the left for dead cosmetics and some others, but these two were glitched for most players. in summer 2023 after several people made videos on how to get them by reporting missing items to BHVR, they fixed it and everyone have these now.

I'm og player from 2018 and I still think that the Hallowed Blight is the Best event ever
I have almost all the event cosmetics but I barely remember taking part in these events
They give out most of the old cosmetics for free when an event returns, e.g. this happened last year with the 2023 scorching summer bbq

im pretty sure the lunar new year cosmetics in 2019 were for feng in ace, the ones in the video were from a previous year i think it was 2018
Yes, the ones I showed were from the Howling Grounds lunar event that took place in 2018, i think i mentioned that in the video

Unfortunately no. I'm starting to think that it's a hoax (even though the developers have said that there's a third way to escape) since by now someone should have found something about it in the game files, which has not yet happened
Im a bit sad there wont be any firecrackers this event, but Im hyped for it :)
It's a shame there wasn't any lunar event for this year, but it's understandable
@@sashko8448 especially cause i couldnt play during the winter event so I have to wait until christmas for new crackers :(
That's why I always save up at least 10 firecrackers on my mains to use throughout the year
