    Like I have stated before from my experience driving my car in dusty conditions keep an eye out for dust ingestion in the clean side of the intake tract. The stock and aftermarket paper air filters will let fine dust past them right into the engine as I have tried both. A real good way to find out if your air filter is letting dust through is to remove the rubber elbow that leads from the clean side of the intake tube to the air box plenum and put a thin coat of grease on the inside of the elbow just not at the clamping surface. Reinstall the greased elbow and go for a dusty ride and afterwards check the inside of the elbow after the dusty ride. If indeed dust is going past the air filter some of the dust will deposit on the grease on the inside of the elbow and one can check to see if indeed you have this problem as I have. NOT GOOD! Another great video! Thanks Jake!

    Please read! Ok so the factory fuel tank diaphram vent is a way the manufactuers are meeting epa/carb/0u812/etc requirments. They are creating a closed fuel system instead of a reclaimed evaporative emisions system as in cars or a charcoal canister style vent. You cannot by regulations that apply have a fuel system that openly vents fuel vapors to the atmosphere. So the annoying one way diaphram vent is meant to allow air in so not to collapse the tank but let vapor out. A way to save $$$ and weight by the manufactuer. The roll over ball is a way we can correct it(i have) but its in violation of whatever emision regulation that applys the particular year of machine. I expect to see more stringent regulations in the near future. Jus sayin;)

    • @fullaccessutv
      @fullaccessutv  2 года назад +1

      Keep your eyes out. We may do this here soon. However it will not include the cab seal kit. Kawasaki keeps raising the price on that so it fluctuates a lot. It would be a separate.

    • @fullaccessutv
      @fullaccessutv  Год назад

      I really don’t think there is too much to cover there. The only issue I really know of is the fans don’t seem to last and they quit working. There are some other options for upgrading to an aftermarket fan but it seems like then you need to also do an alternator kit to run that much power.

    Awesome Video! Speaking of JBS do they do a 15 % increase? For instance if you want to run 30 in tires for flat mountain roads as a utility rider for power lines? No climbing or ruts just smooth low revs and the comfort a KRX suspension?? Thx again, Happy Holidays

    • @fullaccessutv

      Nothing for overdrive yet. Just the reduction. There is a company out there but it’s about $2500 and you can get an extra 8 to 10 mph.

    I know you mentioned 2020… was anything changed for the 2021 model, or do we still have the same problems? If so, I’ll be upgrading these things… seems to be a cheap and simple upgrade to prevent extensive problems…

    • @fullaccessutv
      @fullaccessutv  2 года назад +1

      As far as what is mentioned in this video everything is the exact same between 2020 and 2021. No changes as far as those parts have been made. Yes I agree they are inexpensive insurance to keep you riding.
