Received my ATN-XSight 4K Pro 5x20 on January 28th, 2023 and today January 29th 2023 it's already packed up ready to ship back. I called ATN twice in the first two days because the scope has to be reset almost every time I turn it on. VERY UNHAPPY AT PRESENT. I was instructed to reinstall the already up to date firmware, per tech support, to see if that fixes the problem with a brand new scope. Updated per tech email and now when I turn the scope on I get a white screen and that's it. I called and talked to another tech support person and he said he would pass on the message instead of, "let's get the return process started for you sir". They don't seem too concerned that I received a brand new defective scope from them. Oh, and they can't send me another one until I send this one back. Not a good start for a new customer. It is now packed and ready to go if and when I get the RMA and shipping label. Very disappointed with ATN.

to be fair a manufactuer is not going to send you a new scope, gun ect unless you send that one back to prevent bad actors from stealing.

Just was curious how the ABL & the scope recticals move?.... Once you range the distance, does the recticals on the ABL move towards the target, and all you have to is adjust your scope on the rifle to coincide with the ABL recticle?
Or the ABL automatically points your aim on the target and you don't have to adjust your scope recticals, you just use the Recticals on the ABL for a clean shot?🤔....THANKS FOR YOUR CLARIFICATION 😊
the abl has it own reticule that you zero with the scope reticule .. so when you range the abl reticule appears which you center on your target and it automatically adjust your scope reticule to match the new data .. so effectively taking any holder over holder under away ..

Pard 008s lfr is small lighter and more reliable, my atn was always going haywire so I got rid .
Would there be any clearance issues with the large magazine and the body of this on a fx dreamline

Are there any low profile IR lights that will allow for at least 600 yard shots? Thinking about one of these for Overwatch duty. Or should i just break the bank and get an RH-25 for my 1-10?

The worst and most unsuccessful sights. I bought two sights from them, the first one is still not working, and the second one is the third time I send it to the company, I still don’t know if it will work or not.
Too many faults and no after sales service.
He failed to say that this thing is dead weight (1:25) & tube breaks very easy
And the biggest joke that ATN don't want you to know is you have to send it for them to replace the battery!
If you can afford or has rifle (s) or pistol (s), you know how to clean & care about them.
But ATN, made this junk, wants more money from you by sending in for battery replacement.
What do you recommend?
@@nrolled2888 The Guide TU650 is not bad to me. All those fancy words from ATN are a joke. You do not see 4K video
While the Guide can see much better in day and into pick darkness of the night.
Another silly way for fools to be parted with their money.

This sight/scope is a complete fail!!! Please do not waste your time and especially money and do not buy this garbage! I bought one and had nothing but frustration. It constantly freezes or stops responding upon boot up or shortly thereafter. Basically unable to use! I sent it back! Complete disappointment!
