I don't understand why they make it so overly complicated. I just want it to be like Etsy where everything is simple. Thank you so much for this video. It really helped me out!
Thank u very much fir clear explanation, i have some questions, how much percent from earning will go to aacount level reserve ? 20%? If i am a new seller will i will wait longer get my net proceeds ? Because maybe because of i am new seller or same like others ? And also u said that account level reserve money will go next month to begining balance is it correct? I am nervouse and worry because heard that new sellers cant get theirs net proceeds but i dont know why? I expected they will pay each 2 week
Great setup and easy to understand thanks , your video helped me a lot, and i have to say you are a very beautiful good looking woman so i wish a lot succes for the future ,
Hi Meghan... In payment page The Net Proceeds is $0 but in reserve account level show my all earnings with Minus sign please guide me about this. How can I get my money
The math for this works but i am still confused. I am very new to this and feel like this doesnt work. I shipped 2 boxes to Amazon and the total charges were 22.33 which i was charged for a few days later. But somehow on my payments sheet it is looking like i am still getting charged for it again. So currently i am making zero and feel like everytime i sell i will remain at zero or i will somehow i owe Amazon for selling stuff. Please help.
HI Meghan, Can you explain the following problem. The Sales on the Reports Sales Dashboard are different from the Total Sales on Payment Report for the same period. The difference is 5% to 12% every pay period. Example 7/31/2024 to 8/14/2024. Sales Dashboard $86585.76, Payment report $79400.97. Difference $7184.79. This has been happening since the first of the year ( all that we have audited). It happens every payperiod, varying percentages. I have a case open with Amazon. I can't find any explanation on Amazon or Amazon forums or on Google. I thought I would ask on RUclips. I would appreciate your comments. I listened to your video, just to make sure I was not going crazy on how payments are made. Any Thoughts?
What if it says at the bottom is: Amount -$2,095.85 scheduled to be charge on 8/26/2024 So do we have to pay? We are also experiencing the account is deactivated due to inactivity.
What happens when your reserve is not “so little”…The amount of reserve that Amazon is with holding is almost ridiculous, they’ve been “reserving” a great portion of my payout for over a month and it’s just accruing and accruing. It just doesn’t make sense. My account health is in great standing. My numbers resemble the numbers in this example except you can add another digit to the reserve…this is almost discouraging to continue..
This is happening to me too, very frustrating. I am still trying to figure out why. One time (a different example) I got paid one month and all of a sudden my initial balance was negative, I had no refunds, no claims, etc. I hope you get to solve this problem.
@@AriellaCSSienna so I’m actually now curious of this theory…I’ve spoken to fellow amazon business owners and they believe that reaching out to amazon even if asking for help is actually frowned upon and directly affects your business account. Have you reached out to them in regards to the reserve situation or any? I haven’t out of fear of how it would affect the account…
@@Blushnprincess That is a very interesting theory. Ive reached out to them before but it was related to reconciliation (inventory arrived but had discrepancies, units missing on one shipment were accounted as extra units on another, same product, different colors). And also, because I needed answers since I had a storage limit overdue which doesnt make sense and wanted to know if the negative balance was related to it. Regarding the reserve situation I just decided to find answers online until I found this video. I´m relatively a new seller and some things like this topic are showing along the way. I hope me reaching out to them hasnt affected, but I guess we´ll see (at least I hope this issue is not related to me reaching them before 😬)
