I have been selling for almost two months and I have sold over $1600 of merch but I have only been able to get a payout of around $180 total. Why does it take so long? Can you explain how this all ramps up when you first begin selling
@@anthonywitcher6529 from what i hear they are taking 2% of the gross amount.. which is cra bc if i sell an item for $100 they take $2 .. but say i only make $20 on that item... now that's $18... but times however many items i sell. idk.. seems kinda sketch... open to further explanation.
Hi Nikki, is there an Account Level Reserve detailed report available on seller central? We're qualified as Reserve Tier II we don't have any pending claims, still the amount of Account Level Reserve are way too high. We need to figure this out in order to plan our cash flow correctly.

After taking out account level reserve of $65, Amazon said my net amount due on the payout day is $50. But on the payout day, I got $7. The balance of the $43 left didn’t appear on my beginning balance. Only the $65 previous account reserve showed up. Does anyone know why?

Hey I still can't find any answers on why the buyers are having to pay for the migrated shipping and I can't turn it off. I am having to pay for shipping at the post office and the buyer is having to pay for shipping to Amazon, but I am never seeing that money when I get paid. It is only for what I sold not having theprice the buyer paid on top of that any tips on how I can turn the shipping price off

Do you know if Amazon has a glossary for their statement jargon? Most of the terms they use do make sense to me but I do come across terms that leave me scratching my head. For instance 'Promo Rebate' is listed as an expense to me? I don't know what that is. I wasn't running any promos or offering any rebates 😂Thanks for everything you do. You really are very helpful.

If on your next payout in the app it has a negative number that means they’ll charge that amount to your credit card. It only really happens when you start unless you have just been bleeding money selling. There will always be an account level reserve
How would I know specifically when the order was delivered to the customer, e.g. I have an order placed on the 16 , shipped the next day just showing payment was done, shipping expedited however today despite being two weeks funds still on reserve

You're really doing a disservice to people in the community recommending payability for an affiliate check. If they're actually a good company then you would be transparent with showing their interest rates. People are reporting 114% APR and a TON of problems trying to get out. If this is all bad information and wrong - you should address it. You're teaching new sellers a bunch of information and from the looks of it a terrible company is paying you $250 per signup to make people bankrupt all under the guise that you're helping them grow their business. If I'm wrong about payability doing this to people, do tell because word from other prominent sellers in the space say they are.
New sellers can’t sign up, you have to have 3 months of $2000 or more in sales so therefore it’s not open to new sellers. I’ve heard from my own community who recommend it that it’s great and they’re able to grow their businesses so your comments are unfounded. Best of luck to you. Maybe go make a video telling your experience and I’ll continue to tell mine
i’m still a little confused, i’m a new seller and my account reserve is about negative $300 and $0 balance and i’m worried that i’m not going to get anything after fees even though when i was picking items i calculated everything
Great explanation. There is still one thing I don't see. Last month they withheld $15.62 as an Account Level Reserve. With your explanation I understand what they did but when will I see that amount credited back to me? I have to show that in my accounting. How do I reconcile that?
My negative is because I refunded some shipping labels I purchased thru Amazon which can take up to 30 days and Amazon will try to take it off your card on the date it says your payout,l but I’m not sure why yours is negative

Also, I think it is important to state the money from pending orders will not show in your account until shipped. This took me awhile to figure out.

Why does the reserve look negative? Is this normal? I don't have any negative account levels but it's always in RED with a negative sign on it.
