    The trimming mentioned at :42 is important if your door swings in both directions. Without this trimming the deflector will hit the adjacent glass when you swing the door inside the shower.

    Can a frameless sweep work on a framed one if the size is the same?

    Mine does not want to slide on despite it appearing to be the same size.

      Ditto. The video ignores the difficulty of placing the sweep on the portion of the door closest to the hinges/wall. Unlike the instructions and illustration, you cannot just push the sweep up to fit the door. You have to slide it into place and depending on how tight the sweep is (mine is impossibly tight) it will be very difficult to slide it all the way to the wall/hinge side. I wish the video showed how to manage that part of the installation.
