You all probably dont care but does any of you know a way to log back into an instagram account?? I somehow lost the account password. I appreciate any tips you can give me
@Gunner Riley Thanks so much for your reply. I found the site through google and im in the hacking process atm. Takes a while so I will reply here later with my results.
I believe this may be the easiest, but most helpful, tutorial on this style of highlights and shadows I've found and I've looked a LOT! Thank you very much. P.S. I think this is my first RUclips comment ever. That's how helpful it was to me.
this tutorial was VERY hard to follow as a complete beginner, then again you mentioned in the beginning that this tutorial wasn't for beginners. That being said, this 7 min video that took me a couple hours to finish, did help me get the end result of this hot dog, so I am happy and thankful for that. Thanks for this tutorial because I eventually got every tool and technique you used down.
This is Brilliant! I've never used the Knife tool to make illustrations, but I will now! The way you made this illustration is unlike any I've ever seen, using rectangles! Blew me away. Instant sub, thank youuuu!!!
this is awesome thank you for sharing, If i had done this my own way, I would've free handed everything with pen tool and curvature tool, which would've took me absolutely forever.
Hey, would you explain how you were able to make the color palette on the left? I really like this tutorial and want to find a reliable method for generating the right tints and shades for highlights and shadows. These look cool.I'm curious about your process.
*Two ways: either you create a new layer(its obvious you will) and create a shape with black color and manage its opacity over the shape you have made before OR you just use the brush tool and select the darker version of the color of that shape you have made before and draw over it in the parts you prefer the shadow to be while fore highlights is the opposite of these two!*
So I curved retangles - expand appearance - ungrouped - cleared mustard fill- but how do you make corners round? The stoke window is no longer an option? Tried effects - stylize - make corners round and that didn't work? What am I doing wrong?
When I do offset path there are still outlines at the inner smaller hotdog. I can’t get rid of them. I see that your lower hotdog bun has no stroke selected. How can that be cause it clearly has outlines. on top of that as soon as I want to create the shadow with changing the color the offset part changes it’s color aswell. Total beginner here…..
Turn of the stroke, i have a beginner tutorial for you, search on my page for tutorial: "Adobe illustrator basic tutorial for begin" The thumbnail is a one eye ghost
It is a great tutorial, but it was very hard to follow... Too fast and I don't see where the cursor is. Also, I didn't hear nor see when there was a critical copy of a shape. I had big problems with my testing of this procedure. But still - Like. ;)
How am I more impressed he made a hotdog from 3 rectangles? 💀Great tutorial. Thanks!
glad you found it useful :)

@@Moon.Almoonthe Now why didn’t I think of that? Eye dropper tool is where it’s at
@@emyhR Right, of course it would've been cool if Adobe make one function that looks like this out of the box
@@Moon.Almoonthe Oh yeah definitely would help out a lot

Well done. ✨
After you copy the first rectangle to make the bun and then you do something else for the hot dog but can’t figure out what it is
I haven’t created a single project on there. On my iPhone and iPad on the other hand, I’ve created multiple s and soft in just one

How do you do it for a complex shape such as a tentacle that would have twists and turns that would make this process not as effective?
still mastering this technique but i don't think i will have problem with Tentacle :)
it's like magic, here's a rectangle, now its a bun
Well explained!
how is the outline covering the shadows and highlights?
it does not cover them, i Trim everything before i do the shadows or highlights so i can separate the outline from the fill
Just subscribe.. great lesson bro
Hey just getting back into things after 10+ years of being away. I've forgotten most everything. How do you fill color so quickly?
