Apparently we've already got news on Venture today. According to Overwatch Cavalry on Twitter, Venture uses they/them pronouns. We might be about to be introduced to the game's first non-binary character, and if so I'm rather excited for it.
With Mauga if you’re fighting long range you should fire the left gun first to catch them on fire then the right one to do crit. Firing them one at a time decreases spread so you’ll be able to do more damage at range this way.
That's pussy, real mauga play like Rambo and always use both guns.

Venture kinda reminds me of Mei’s old concept art because of the pick in the back and the weapon. Possibly electric themed as well since there is a lightning bolt symbol

@@jakehundley6312 A move like Shadow Step where she goes completely under and attacks when she comes out would be awesome.
It's a flamethrower, it has painted flames on the handles and she has a flame tattoo on her neck. Also her outfit vaguely reassembles a modern fire fighter. The yellow bolt is just a general hazard sign.

I absolutely love the heroes but I miss the times when Numbani's airport was destroyed by Doomfist before his release or when Sombra was getting a whole cryptic game that had everyone going crazy. That kind of teasing heroes was so exciting and got me so hyped up for weeks! The closest we've gotten to this in OW2 is the Samoa and Perú posters on Ecobase Antartica... Now they are revealing heroes that will come in like almost a year :(
Well they did tease Mauga for 5 years so hopefully they tease a couple others

We wont have to wait too long though thankfully, theres a new hero every other season so we can expect them for seasons 10 and 12
With about 2 months for each season that shouldnt be too long
I think space ranger will heal anyone in the air as her passive, and for her first ability she will probably have a way to make her teammates have low gravity effects
The Sombra ARG had you hyped for weeks because it was just timers leading to timers leading to timers that dragged on for way, way, waaaay too long. Who knew hacking a coffee machine took such a long time ;)
Venture feels like a character that could PIERCE THE HEAVENS!

The astronaut one reminds me of ochako uraraka from my hero academia. So if her kit is anything like uraraka I would love her.
I got a feeling rammatra will be the mythic skin for the edyptian season.
Or pharah since her and Ana are Egyptian but Ana already had a mythic
And it is highly unlikely that Pharah will get a mythic since she is a damage class hero and this season Hanzo (also a damage class hero) got a mythic. The next hero to get a mythic should be tank or support.

@@notoriousshizzane2696 rammatra gives off heavy pharoh vibes, and alot of his kit could be reskinned perfectly for it.
There's plenty of room for design in his nemesis form, and they could turn abilities like spiral vortex and Annihilation into a dust-storm.
I personally think Ramattra’s mythic could be Eldritch-horror themed. It just kinda works, I guess
Ana is a pretty solid counter to mauga. If you time of right you can almost anti nade his healing ability almost every time he uses it.
People keep saying maogas ult is copied. You know what was before paladins and valerant? Heroes of the storm butcher. One if his ults is literally the same as maoga other then the shield.

@@apan990 yeah it was and butcher was my main. Butcher also had self heal with DMG and a charge that ends with a stun. Maoga really is butcher with guns in my eyes.

but i do agree, mauga is clearly that brawl self sustain type where you just go ham on everyone, fcking love it.

The “space ranger” character makes me wonder if one of her abilities will have to do with a anti gravity field type ability or she may have some kind of movement ability/passive that does something with gravity and then the venture character makes me thing we may get another grappling hook or maybe some kind of pull like hogs or something along those lines in her kit
I Really hope Venture is a mobility melee DPS:
Primary will fire a projectile, standard range attack.
Secondary will close the drill allowing you to deal continuous melee damage. Supper effective against barriers. She also gains increased movement speed while this is active. Drill has a resource that limits how long it remains active.
Ability 1 will allow her to tunnel. Its just a invulnerability movement ability. You can only damage enemies if you surface beneath them. You can only burrow for so long until you are forced to surface
Ability 2 is an underground mine. It will travel in a straight line and can be detonated on player command. Use it to fool the enemies into thinking this is you attempting to burrow towards them. Can be used while burrowing.
Ultimate will have her do an AoE earthquake that deals continuous damage
Look at her, she has tools and looks about as athetic as a potato 😂 I would love to be proven wrong but her design screams builder like sym and torb, mainly the fact she has tool on her person as well as the whole nerdy mechanic look.
Really hope they Add kirikos mom as a melee dps

venture seems to be based off of an archeologist, the way they have a pickaxe/hammer looking tool hanging off their backpack and the gun looks like a drill? maybe a melee alternate fire? and of course there's a hole in the middle of the gun so there is a projectile aspect.

For the space ranger, I’ve said this a ton on twitter. I really hope they have gameplay similar to mercy, fly around and heal. I assume she’ll focus more so on levitating opponents/allies like sigma. I really want someone who primarily focuses on healing/amplify. Instead of always killing opponents. I also hope she has ties to sigma and want to free him.

The Clash PvP mode just sounds like Flashpoint.
I thinks it's different, like 5 points simultaneously, on a smaller map, and points are more in an aligned patern
In Flashpoint, you can't retake a point that's been fully captured.
Clash sounds more like Push but with control points instead of a robot.
Venture will probably be able to dig underneath enemies and pop out for an attack

Her design is too clean to be a Junker, no random bolts or overlapping plates.
I'm a big fan of the Junker characters, but they'd need a support more than anything (same reason there hasn't been a dedicated Talon event yet since they've only got Moira).

They need to start coming out with characters probably every season and a half and not every other season. But good a promising stuff. Not too hyped about clash cause push and flashpoint didn’t live to the hype. ESPECIALLY push for me.
I've been through leauge of legends around 2010 where they decided to rapidly release heros. It sucked, lots of uninspired and fundamentally broken/disjointed kits and every hero released during said period had to be reworked - riot also slowed down production. Trust me you don't want heros being rushed out the door

You can unlock all the new characters for free it's more like a pay fence that opens anyways if you stand there long enough
