Baccano definitely is the best representation of what anime can be. It’s a mix of atmospheric, crazy and just awesome. It’s like take a bunch of characters in a bottle, shake it 1000 times and the explosion is Baccano! where you try to piece together the past and future like the detective in the beginning of the story.
