    Thanks for the tips about elbow and extending the opponents arm. In Jiu Jitsu we have the advantage of being able to strike the opponent before executing the throw; which gives a few more options on how to enter / set up the throw, Love your instruction style and videos - look forward to more!

    I love watching the differences in difference martial arts. Another way to get rid of her inside leg is to try the throw on the inside leg. She'll automatically pull her leg back. If she doesn't then you can throw from inside leg. But when she pulls it back she leaves her outlet leg open and she'll go flying

    Thanks, can't wait to try it out! I learnt about one of my favorite combinations in one of your videos, faking a "ouchi gari" to then go into the "osoto gari" (sorry for buchering the spelling of techniques, I was never taught about it)

    • @stur6722
      @stur6722 4 года назад

      Lord Chase not sure. I think they might have socially distance conditioning and solo drills in a park in Brooklyn. Not sure which park. I contacted the academy. And they reached to me, within a couple of days.

      Lord Chase there is a number on their website. I called the number. And left a voicemail. And I emailed them. I believe, at the bottom of the website. There is an email address and phone number. I reached out them, back In June.

    Great explanation of legwork, but in the ending phase I was thought that doing a wheel motion with your hands makes uke fly around your extended leg, not just slide downward on it.

    If you turn the heel out more, on the leg that you're extending across uke, it'll make the knee joint face the floor. Then if her weight goes against that knee joint, it's on the back rather than the side of the knee & you won't get injured. I noticed you were concerned about that risk. That's how they taught us to avoid it in jiujitsu anyway.
