You should go join the force since you’re a professional internet cop. This kid clearly wasn’t raised right treating adults with complete disrespect. The kid was told to leave the mall by security so don’t you think all this could have been avoided if he just left? You heard him just as well as I did saying no I’m not leaving over and over again so how is it the officers fault? They’re there to follow the law and he didn’t want to leave so it’s real simple he goes to jail. He could have just given them his ID and got a trespass but he chose to act like a wannabe thug so he got treated like a punk. Maybe kids need to learn to rest adults with some respect or maybe parents should raise their kids right so we the tax payers don’t have to pay for their room and board when they get arrested. It’s that simple.

Instead let's completely lose our minds because the punk called a police officer "nigga" who responded by saying the word properly and told him to say it properly if that's what he was going to call him.
      [PEARL CLUTCHING INTENSIFIES]
Its difficult to believe that grown adults can be this foolish and this easily misdirected, and have so little regard for the police officers who protect them and their families every day and keep the peace - that anyone would allow the mere utterance of a word (that they don't even know the meaning of) to cause them to disregard the bad behavior and foul, threatening mouth of a troublemaker and simultaneously view the police officer who had to deal with his BS as the problem in the situation, instead.
Thank God America was populated by wiser, more mature citizens during the days of our Founders, because if this lot had been around instead there wouldn't even be a United States. It would be New England and we'd be begging Queen Elizabeth for Safe Spaces and Trigger Warnings.
      Pathetic.

Not that it should even matter, since only the most irresponsible citizens in history with stunted IQs would give a mere word so much power and allow it to make them view bad guys as good guys and good guys as bad guys, but how about a show of hands from everyone who knows what the so-called "n word" even means,6 and why it came into use?
      Anyone?
      Anyone?
      No one.
      That's what I figured.
Well, if someone's going to freak out over a word and cancel people because of it, it's probably a good idea to know what it means, right?
Read this carefully now. IT'S THE LATIN AMERICAN WORD FOR BLACK.
That's it. That's what it means. "Black".
The Spanish say negro. Catalans say negre. Corsicans say neru. In Esperanto its nigra. Italians say nero and negro. Galicians say negro.
And in Latin it's nigreos and niger.
Most of today's dumbed down population won't know this but Latin was used quite frequently in America all the way up until the early 1900s. Of course even those who didn't speak the language fluently incorporated various Latin words, as well as words from other languages, into everyday speech. There are hundreds of words used daily by modern English speakers that were brought directly over from a number of old tongues. That's how language works.
Now, since the Latin word niger is said with a soft i sound, but the way it's spelled would normally be pronounced with a hard i by English speakers, it was commonly spelled with 2 Gs to signify the correct pronunciation.
That's it. That's how we got the dreaded "n word". An Americanized Latin word meaning black.
      Oh, the horror.
Imagine considering someone evil and ripping them to shreds publicly for saying the word "black" in a different language.
Yet that's what millions of Americans do every single day.
Our ancestors are rolling over in their graves.

      @keyoflife24 2 года назад +2

@@jsaysopro The way it helps you is, if articulate your rights and stop talking, you will be placed in a better situation in court. Out there, what happens is going to happen. The more you talk, the more likely you are to say something that will be used against you. Instead of asking why, and saying I don't think you can do this or that......If he knew his rights, he could have asked if he was officially criminally trespassed from the property. If they said yes.......the response is ok I'll leave. Can I have cards, with names and serial numbers ( not badge numbers).....Badge numbers change. Serials are like socials....anything attached to it, follows you. If you want to promote.....items on there can prevent that.
After obtaining that....leave. If they ask for ID, you articulate that you have no obligation to identify, as you have not committed a crime. They can't use tresspass, because they just told you, and they have to give you an opportunity to leave. Record everything....If you are threatened with failure to ID....inform them that you haven't committed a crime, and is not obligated to ID.....If they can't articulate a crime that you have committed, you are under no obligation to present ID......Unless you have been placed under arrest, you don't have to ID.
If he put it that way, they would have been clearly violating his rights with no grey area....He would have made them aware that he knew his rights, and they would have admitted without a doubt that they were purposely in direct violation of those rights.
You see when he said..." they didn't tresspass me yet, before you asked for my ID......The second officer paused, he then began with the disorderly conduct statement....he knew the boy was right.....If only he continued on that path, instead of cursing and yelling, they would not have had anything else they could try to use. You noticed after that statement, everything else beside trespassing, became the reason for the arrest....Which tells me the narrative in the report will be, he was combative and resisting. Tresspass will be secondary.
Yes they might have reacted the same.....but at least now, your Case in court is stronger......If the outcome is going to be the same regardless......Wouldn't you want to put yourself in the best position to win....get your case thrown out, a settlement and get rid of the bad apples in the department. A little education goes a long way.

Comments referring to all cops as one are not helpful. There are plenty of good officers out there. They may not get filmed as often as the bad ones do, but when people make statements that paint the police in general terms, it’s the same mentality they’re pissed at that officer for showing. These two officers acted incorrectly, abused their power, and harmed a young man who did not deserve the treatment he received, but not all officers would’ve reacted this way. I am in no way defending these officers’ actions. I am simply speaking up against the generalizing of all officers into one. I teach the children of good cops and I see what it does to those kids to hear hate speech directed at their parents because of what they do. Look up the film of the millennia mall in Orlando and you’ll see how a very similar situation where a young man is being stopped by security or an officer who is quite polite and forgiving turns on a dime into a shoot out that could’ve killed that officer and wound up taking the life of the young man. I just watch that one before this one started and I was floored at how the nicer cop paid the worst price.

@@poorchristopher15 ::: Let’s quit talking theory and speak facts.
Without a doubt if you walked into a MALL and a security guard walk up to you and say “SupremeRevival155”, I what you to turn around and leave.
No matter the consequences to you, you are NOT going to leave without some explanation. That is going to be the HUMAN response. I drove a hundred miles to get here and they are going to bar me.
Perhaps the MALL is a private business but it is comprised of hundreds of individual merchants.
I am quite sure there are internal rules that provide the guards with certain policies and procedures for securing the property and I doubt they have willy nilly authority to kick people out of the entire mall as they see fit.
Imagine a security guard that’s accountable to no one walking through the mall kicking people out without cause.

@@Hear-MeoutTwo2 Fine you are right. Maybe if the kid gave his ID to the cop without arguing, he wouldn't have been arrested. I admit that the cop was impatient.
