Rammstein live recording from Bizarre Festival in Köln, Germany 17.08.1997. [REMASTERED]
I had to cut some parts of Tier to avoid the whole video getting blocked, but the rest of the show is complete!
This one was pretty time-consuming, there are several rips of this concert, some with good picture and bad audio and vice versa. I mastered the best audio and used it on the video with the best picture and cropped it to 16x9 format. Also, Sehnsucht and Engel are from a 2007 broadcast with very good quality. But YT compresses a lot too, so the video is actually better than what you see here. Hope you enjoy the result as much as I do!

I love to see their transition from Bizarre-Festival 1996 to 1997. First being an insider-tip with a small fan base playing during daytime with no dildos and almost no fire but already leaving quite an impression.The buzzing had begun to grow, as did their self-confidence. One year later they´re back as one of the main acts playing in the evening, hugely anticipated by the crowd . With an even more confident performance and, finally, dildo and fire.

Ah yes, peak Rammstein.
15+ years ago, when I became a fan of theirs, I had no idea that these recordings existed. Official releases were always great but there were never enough of them. I love to see them playing in their early years as a band. The energy is unmatched. They were all gorgeous -- particularly Till with his raw, primal style, but that's just me. ;-)

Rammstein is one of the few band to still be at their peak imho!
Their concerts are full long before they happen, they play in big stadiums with a huge stage, their latest album was a masterpiece and number 1 in many countries, and I've seen news about them for every single they released!

I found Rammstein at the age of 15ish around 2002 through my cousin showing me live Aus Berlin 98'.
Seen them live in England but yeah, the young energy has been lost, well they are like 60.
Hope you get to see them live before they retire.

Best ever concert Rammstein has ever given.
The riffs are the sharpest, Christoph goes crazy on drums, Flake dances likes crazy and gives the best keyboard sounds, Till is in his best form, giving crazy powerful screams and just singing, Oliver is also going crazy.
Every song performance is worth giving its own version due to combined craziness, and they all are the best live versions of themselves ever performed, at least of the easy available ones.
And I'm very happy, that my favourite song Der Meister also got performed there, which got me to love it even more.
This performance is much better than even Live aus Berlin 1998.

I wish I could've seen rammstein in their earlier years. I saw them for the first time last year in 2019 and I was supposed to see them again this summer (2020) with my friend but, yeah.

You're right, the band never released it on any DVD. Most of the videos I got from forums a while back, especially russian rammstein fan-forums, where people have shared VHS-rips of recordings that was done when the concert in question was broadcast on tv, then digitized them. So I've been digging and saved the videos on dvd-discs and external hdd's over the years and now decided to enhance and upload them. Glad you enjoy it :)
