@markomarko94 The model for the US market can also play from a thumb drive. Not sure why it wasn't included in other markets, but for the US it's multipurpose. What are the actual differences between the MK1 and MK2? Just picked up the BAR 2.1 Deep Bass MK2 and its pretty nice, great sound quality and great overall performance. I also have the older BAR 2.1 from 2018 in another room that seems to have more features, but overall the user experience is pretty much the same.
@rahulroy3418 The subwoofer that comes with the JBL is a little more powerful according to the specs, and it does a great job of producing bass, however we don't carry the S40R at Abt so we can't make a direct comparison.

It's hdmi input is 1.4, what can I do to connect my hdmi 2.0 devices of 4k to pass through it. Any adapters needed or some software upgradation. Please guide me. Thanks 🙏🙏
@cdrkhalid Unfortunately there aren't adapters that would help. You'd need to connect your devices to your TV first, then run the audio from the TV back to the soundbar, either through the ARC or using an optical cable.

I believe the USB is for updating the firware, not for playing audio from a thumb drive. It is labeled "service only" as well.

@RobertNES816 It was more cosmetic than anything else. There's almost no difference in the sound quality between the two that we were able to discern.
