I went to Australia for the first time and went to Lord of the Fries not knowing it was a vegan joint. Got an excellent mac and cheese burger and the chips were great! You guys put so many chips in a single meal that I had them for lunch and the next day's breakfast!
Idk why but these buzzfeed videos are sooooooo much better then the ones in the states 😅🤷🏽♀️

Yay! I love how vegetarian and vegan friendly this channel is. Australia seems to be a lot more open minded about plant based foods. Hopefully the rest of the world catches up soon! P.S. Tom, if you’re looking for more documentaries to watch, you should try Forks Over Knives and Cowspiracy!

It depends on the person are very WE EAT MEAT! Some are VEGGIES ARE THE FOCUS! Some are Meh eat what you like don’t push it on others.
I’m eat what you like don’t force it on others. I eat meat but I always ask new people if they have dietary needs before getting food for events
India is probably the most forward on the vegetarian scene than any country in the world. Australia is pretty much famously full of carnivores. 38% of indians are vegetarian.
Australia is not at all vegan or vegetarian friendly.
I never said Australia is the single most vegan or vegetarian friendly country in the world. I live in America and Australia is much more progressive in that regard than we are, so no need for all the laughing emojis that imply my statement was ridiculous
the fable range at Grill’d is the best! I hate the traditional “veggie” patty with corn, peas… etc. but the fable burger, and the mushroom burger at “Ribs & Burgers” is SUPER GOD!

Homemade vegan veggie burgers always......much much better, plenty and more haughty, because you can add better quality ingredients (such as truffles, assortments of mushrooms, jackfruit, etc...) and then formed the patties
Plus making two or more kinds of sauces
Then some doubled baked potato wedges mixtures of Irish & sweet potatoes combined baked crisply

My family, friend groups and a few of my law professors are veggo and only use plant-based milk !! At law school an overwhelming percentage of people are vegan, you might be surprised to find parliament in a few years talking about vegan food subsidy for climate action or quickly fading out animal agriculture (We already talk about things like this in our tutes)!!!

Out here in the States, they changed there veggie patties at subway, and put lima beans in it 😭 i prefered the one they use to have. I havent gone to subway since they changed it

It sucks Grill’d have now gotten rid of their Beyond burgers and replaced them with a non-vegan burger. Their Beyond burgers were my absolute favourite! 😭💔

The best fast food veggie burger in the states is from Culver’s. So good.

Literally never heard of Culver’s. Wish they had them in Hawai’i so I could try it. The only burger fast food place with anything vegan is Burger King which is the worst fast food place ever.

In the Uk there was a new vegan burger released in McDonald’s and it’s DELICOUS! As a meat eater I can tell you it’s incredible it’s the same price so why not make the swap?!😁😁

the grilled mushroom from Betty's burgers is pretty good
What I see a lot with vegetarian and vegan burgers is that they are drowned in sauce it makes it taste a lot nicer but the really amazing vegan/vegetarian burgers are the ones that can taste good without a lot of sauces

Rebel Whopper is king 👑❤ but let us not forget that before him we had many a veggie patty at HJ's. Before the RW I used to take out one patty and add a hash brown. Mustard will elevate them both.

That's so true, I mean they always think that veggie patties are made up of beans and grains but you can make godly patties with potatoes. None of the burgers 🍔 shown in this video had a patty made of potato 🥔
For ur first point read the title u clicked for that u got that, ur second point is reasonable Indian food is good but this was mock meats not how every country makes vegan patties or some shit, however I have been to India and tried many if they’re food including the vegan patties as a meat eater I was impressed and I loved it
People become vegetarian/vegans for environmental reasons. Not because they hate meat. So mock meats are popular. And veggie burgers I've eaten in India are terrible. They absolutely do not compare to meat. However mock meat versions are so much better.

I don’t know if its the same in Oz, but here in the UK the veggie whopper is cooked on the same grill as the meat! To me, it just seems pointless to release a veggie option if you’re going to cook it right next to meat!
