The correct way to display it would be: the electric engine moves the motor, the motor is connected to the gearbox, the gearbox controls the rotation of the axle 🤷🏻‍♂️

This is backwards. The engine stops if the clutch leaves the engine which is not how an engine would work. If the clutch leaves the engine then the engine would still rotate while the gearbox stops spinning.

@@bengarner8467 obviously it’s not expected to take gas. However he’s building a functioning engine + gearbox he needs to at least make it working correctly.

A solution to the problem they mention would be to connect the electric motor through a gear to the front of the motor or with a cardan would also be feasible.
