I think that a lot of guys pill on the weight not realizing that to get big calves it is a combination of weight and stretch in symmetry.
I personally like to workout in nothing but some basketball shorts. That why theres nothing restricting me. But I might need to wear more when I go to college.

Try not to ever allow yourself to relapse, it will not be a one time thing. Try to change your perspective on subjects you sexualize. Keep a journal and do philosophy to route your mind to the way you want to think. And in my own opinion, pray. As a Christian, giving up everything to god is the way. Let not a thing of immorality and evil perpetrate into your life, you are strong.

That’s why i like having a home gym, not only can i weight lift barefoot, but i can go full on greek and wear my birthday suit if i want.

I have large calves. Even before i started training them. To be honest sometimes i think its weird how big there are but still its kinda cool haha

I squat without shoes because doing it with shoes usually feels impossible without falling.
Shoes with minimal sole cushion could fix that
