LBW has wood carving classes that cuts down woods to make props.

Lovely set of Swiss made gouges. Love the sound those super sharp gouges do when cutting accross the grain of wood.

I use the very same walnut oil on bowls from my woodturning; also one of the best hand moisturisers I've found - and smells great!

Bird or a leaf - looks great. You could make multiple around a circular bowl to make a flower.

Beautiful as always! Does the walnut oil stay as a permanent finish? I love the look!
I finish them with walut oil twice and Tried&True butcherblock oil, too. : ) Now, I'm testing other oils.

This person is so rich! Look at their hands, the 3M gloves, the sander...they are doing woodworking as an art, not labour. Much easier to dislike this fantastic video, knowing that the work won't affect their food on the table at the end of the day.
