Another fun unboxing video for sure! Can’t wait to see the Tyco trucking set in action as well as the flat cars set up with loads, the bull dozer display, etc.
From what I could see you have mostly first gen US-1 items made in 1981. The dump has brown gears and pins and was actually painted to spec on a white body. It also has the windshield insert, which that body style could also be lighted. They quickly changed to a molded in color body. The tracks are first gen as well and feature the yellow striping that was also quickly discontinued in favor of just plain track. Lastly, the pieces with the gravel signs are for a gravel unloading site. That also is early issue as ultimately they designed both a surface level and an elevated type, so those unloaders will have two different cutouts on them. Also the controllers have the extra long waiting where later items have shorter wires, and eventually became joined and attached to the terminal track itself.
Those are some great items, you're gonna have BIG FUNN . Marx made a Road & Rail set that was combined I've alllways been looking for one but I've only seen a couple up for sale in all these years and it was out of my reach. Thanks for sharing and as always..."Happy Rails" GMan
@@johnlongssilverrailz5873 There are US-1 tracks that allow integration with HO train tracks. However they go for a premium price ($60-$80 each) most of the time on eBay, but once in a while you can sneak by, and get them cheaper.
Thanks for the memories. Any Tyco sightings immediately take me back to my childhood and introduction to model railroading.

Nice unboxing video! It’s always nice to have spares to keep the older stuff running. 🚂
Thanks. Parts are very important for the hobby. I enjoy saving the old toys by finding the parts and repairing.

Nice haul! Hoping to see some of this in action in the future. Fingers crossed.
I am trying to work the Tyco US 1 Trucking set into my small HO layout and the Carrera set into my 4 by 8 Marx layout. Thanks for watching

Pretty neat stuff! I think TYCOs history is pretty interesting.
Thanks. Tyco seemed to offer just about everything needed for a fun layout.
@@johnlongssilverrailz5873 Yessir they did! I really like how colorful all of their locomotives and rolling stock are!
