    Я из России) Я решила попробовать изготавливать мыло с нуля, но мне было мало понятно и не особо затягивало это.
    И информацию я естественно искала на своем языке)
    И вот я в 3 часа ночи наткнулась на ваши умиротвореные и приятные видео, где все абсолютно понятно БЕЗ СЛОВ!
    Я влюбилась в ваши видео) До сих пор разбираюсь как вы «тусуете» воду и соки для разведения щелочи, потому что калькулятор выдает мне другие цифры по щелочи и воде.
    А вот результат по маслам- все слишком идеально))
    В общем, буду Вас дальше переводить в Гугл переводчике с восхищением) Может разберусь сама))

    Hi! Your videos are so educational. I am going to bring so many of this techniques in my use as well. Wanted to ask, is citric acid necessary? I don't have that available as easily where I live and I only use lye. How do I need to modify the recipes if I skip citric acid?

    • @tellervo.
      @tellervo.  Год назад +1

      So glad to hear that! It's not necessary as long as you recalculate the recipe with a lye calculator. You can plug in the numbers without the citric acid and the lye calculator will give you the amount of sodium hydroxide needed for the recipe which will be lower than what i used😊

    Hi. Very lovely content as usual.
    I have some questions please:)
    I saw some RUclipsrs make natural soaps and use them as natural shampoo bars.. like henna shampoo bar.. is this okay?
    Have you ever made black seed soap? I'm interested to see the results :) i wonder how the colour will be? Will it be black like activated charcoal?

    • @tellervo.
      @tellervo.  Год назад +1

      Thank you so much! I personally don't like using soap as shampoo, but i know that others use it. I have not made black seed soap but it sounds super interesting☺️

    • @tellervo.

      Yes citric acid helps with lather. You can't really compare the two because they are entirely different things used for different purposes

    I'm curious about the amount of essential oils you use in these recipes, does the lye react with those oils too so you need more to have a lingering aroma? One drop of peppermint oil in something is enough to make my eyes burn but I see people using 10g of the stuff in soap recipes.

    • @tellervo.
      @tellervo.  Год назад +1

      The lye does not react with essential oils in the same way as regular oils. Personally i follow ifra standards when adding essential oils, the amounts might sound high but you have to consider the batch size, it always comes down to just a few percentages of the oil weight.

      You can use another natural gel, like flax or chia gel, but for a different result you can also just leave it out or replace with some other high water ingredient.
