    Eugh this weekend there was no motivation to work out 😂something that does help me is that making really small goals, so working out can be just doing 10 push ups from doing a full hour of working out. As long as I do something I feel so much better and this creates momentum for the next day!
    Really nice video production though, I know it feels so good when you look back on that smooth b roll after filming yourself 👌

      I completely agree! It's very important to face a big challenge with smaller goals because little by little you go advancing and you are able to better see your progress, and then I 100% agree with the momentum, as I say in the video "just start". THank you for the kind words!
