Really Excellent review. Thank you for all your work with this complex history. I am a descendant of John Marshall so this was a nice review for the Marshall Islands.
Una maravilla , hace un par de semanas adquiri una gran cantidad de estos sellos , algunos nuevos otros usados con unos matasellos muy interesantes , creo que me ayudara bastante , muchas gracias
I'm interested in the Berlin Post Office, depicted on the 1 nark Reichspost design... After 2 world wars, did that building survive and if it did, where in Berlin is it?
I recently started collecting German and German Colonies stamps and this video was very helpful. Is there a way I could get a printed or digital version of the presentation. I would gladly pay for it. Also where could I purchase some of the books mentioned.
Daniel Regarding the purchase of some of the books mentioned in the video, we are researching to see if they are available and will respond hopefully in a few days. With regards to the video, the RMPL video library, which is comprised of a total of 36 videos, can be purchased on either a 64GB USB flash drive or a microSDXC memory card for $10 plus tax and shipping where applicable. For ordering information please contact rmplvideoproductions@gmail.com
Daniel Here is what we found about the books you inquired about: Dr. Friedrich F. Steuer, Handbuch und Katalog der deutschen Kolonial-Vorläufer is available online,(Ebay or some book websites). The latest edition is Vol 3. You can type in the author or the book title. Albert Friedmann, Die Postwertzeichen und Entwertungen der deutschen Postanstalten in den Schutzgebieten und im Auslande Or the GPS German Colonies Collectors Group English Translation The Stamps and Cancels of the German Colonies and the German Post Offices Abroad, 3rd Ed. The German language books are available online and there may even be a newer volume available I recommend contacting the GPS, Colonies group to see if any are available.
Ugh. Some of us still have relatives with PTSD from surviving the camps… they last thing they (or I) need to hear is Das Deutschlandlied. Thanks for the trauma.
Thank you for this detailed explanation. It summarized some key areas of how these stamps came to exist.
A must see for any Germany collector :)

A beautiful and very impressive presentation. My thanks, appreciation and respect.
Nicely done and great presentation. Would have loved to hear you discuss the Bern Provisional issues
Extraordinary presentation!
Buen trabajo amigo
This is a detailed video and a very good overview. But the first verse of the German anthem - I would rethink that.
