Well, if Arminian president is really willing to have a dialogue with Pakistan then they have to stop supporting India blindly against Pakistan and specially recognize Indian Occupation and atrocities on Kashmiris. I couldn't find any history prior. I have seen many Frankenstein monarchies from Dubai, Bahrain. Qatar and other GCC countries. Artsakh has never been part of Azerbaijan in its lifetime, go and check the demographics of the oblast before the conflict then go and check the historical aspects, there are Armenian churches there build before a single Turk set foot in Anatolia. Humor me, what other reasons other than being "legally azerbaijani" that proves Artsakh as Azerbaijani? there is none.
Just so you know, the right to self determination is also a legal part of UN human rights, and about those resolution, the resolution specifically says to resolve the conflict without aggression, as well as lots of other pro Artsakhi statements, why are you telling one side of the story?

Mainly armenian churches in karabakh created after of armenian evacuation to karabakh(19 century). 30 years of occupation times gave you a lot of chance to change churches nature to armenian ones, even shusha mosque to iranian one
